A $100 booking fee is required to book an appointment. This lets me know you are serious about the service and will show up that day. Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule you will need to pay another $100 booking fee.

If you need to reschedule/cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% the amount of the service booked before being allowed to reschedule to a later date. It is difficult for me to fill the time slot you reserved on such a short notice. If you cancel the day of your appointment or no-show you will be charged the FULL amount of the service you booked. I will not accept you in the future if you decide to no-show an appointment.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a cancellation and will be considered a no-show and charged the FULL amount of the service scheduled. If you are tardy you will need to pay a/another $100 booking fee to reschedule. Please factor in weather conditions and allow plenty of time to account for traffic.
A confirmation text/email gets sent out 3 days prior to the appointment. You must click the link to confirm you are still coming to the appointment. If that text/email doesn't get confirmed another will be sent out 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment by 8pm the night before your scheduled appointment will result in me cancelling your appointment and filling the spot.
You must bring a valid (not clipped or expired) id to your appointment. any GOVERNMENT-ISSUED id will work. no exceptions.
It needs to be present, no photos. if you do not bring it, your appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date and you will have to pay another booking fee.
